Bail Set At $1 Million For Alleged Arsonist Young

MAYVILLE – Bail was set at $1,000,000 cash/$2,000,000 property bond Thursday for Jonathan Young, the 20-year-old Jamestown man accused of setting 12 different fires in the Falconer and Jamestown area.
A court clerk told WNYNewsNow that a conference is scheduled for October 1st. Young is currently being represented by the Chautauqua County Public Defender’s Office, according to the clerk.
Young was indicted in fall 2017 on 14 counts of arson and 11 counts of criminal mischief.
