CASSADAGA – A Cassadaga man was arrested on Moon Road Wednesday for aggravated driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, according to the New York State Police.
Donald Rounds, 46, reportedly failed several field sobriety tests, and provided a breath sample of .21 at the State Police barracks in Jamestown.
