City Fire Department Swiftly Puts Out Fire

JAMESTOWN – City firefighters quickly put out a fire at 208 W. 8th St. near Washington Street Tuesday evening. 
The Jamestown Fire Department was dispatched to the scene at around 11:05 p.m., according to Chautauqua County Dispatch. By the time WNYNewsNow arrived at the scene at 11:20 p.m, the fire was doused.
The fire’s cause is still unknown, as of 11:43 p.m.
