JAMESTOWN-A city resident expressed his displeasure regarding Mayor Sam Teresi’s decision to operate under a deficit in his 2018 Executive Budget.
Republican Councilman Tony Dolce said it’s imperative for the city to receive state funding in order to fill such deficit. He also acknowledged that the City has already cut departments’ budgets to “the bare bones.”
