JAMESTOWN – A city man is accused of striking an officer in the face with his fist during an incident Thursday at 817 N. Main St., according to the Jamestown Police Department.
The incident reportedly began with a minor vehicle accident in front of the address. Christian J. Encarnacion, 22, allegedly yelled obscenities in the parking lot of the establishment and refused to comply with officer’s commands.
