JAMESTOWN – A city man was arrested after allegedly providing a breath sample of .23 Monday during a traffic stop on Route 60, according to the New York State Police.
Ramon Pando, 29, also reportedly failed several field sobriety tests. Pando was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and released. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court next month to answer the charge.
