CORNING-A Corning man recently announced his intention to challenge Tom Reed in 2018 for the 23rd Congressional District seat.
Rick Gallant will attempt to prevent Reed from serving a fifth term. Gallant will be among nearly six candidates vying for the Democratic nomination.
