ARKWRIGHT – At least one person suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a roll-over vehicle crash shortly before 6 p.m., Thursday, on Route 83 west of Center Road according to New York State Police.
State Police told WNYNewsNow Paul K. Phillips, 61, of Fredonia swerved to miss a deer causing the single vehicle wreck.
Phillips was reportedly driving a rental car because he recently hit a deer with his personal vehicle.
Crews transported Phillips to Alstar’s landing pad to be Starflighted to ECMC according to New York State Police.
Several emergency agencies responded to the call, including Forestville Fire Department, Chautauqua County Emergency Services and State Police.
