Drugs Seized In Appartment Across From JPD

JAMESTOWN-Two men were arrested following a raid in a building where drugs were allegedly trafficked directly across the street from the Jamestown Police Department.

Luis Angel Cintron Rosario, 21, and Juan Aponte Sierra, 25, were taken into custody Friday morning after authorities discovered heroin and cash in two apartments located at 212 E. 2nd St. according to Jamestown Police Chief Harry Snellings.

Both men were charged with 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and NY State Police CNET executed the search and urge anyone with information into the illegal sales and trafficking of narcotics to contact their anonymous tip line at 483-TIPS (8477).
