DUNKIRK-A Dunkirk man was arrested at Central Ave. early Thursday evening on an outstanding warrant after he sold cocaine to undercover agents on multiple occasions throughout the city according to the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
Ryan R. Valentine, 30, faces charges of 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and 3rd degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance.
Valentine is in City of Dunkirk Jail pending arraignment.
