MAYVILLE-The father of a Stockton man who was killed by a drunk driver recounted his 22-year-old son’s final hours Thursday morning in a phone interview with WNYNewsNow.
Joseph Clutter said his son, Charles,was almost home when he was struck and killed.
Clutter now seeks justice for his son.
The alleged drunk driver, Jude Gagliano, 29, of Lakewood is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
