FRENCH CREEK – A total of five people sustained minor injuries following a vehicle accident Sunday afternoon at the intersection of Route 426 and King Road, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
William C. Nemth, 29, of Highland Heights, Oh., allegedly failed to yield the right of way to another vehicle, which caused the accident.
Nemeth was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign and is to appear in the Town of French Creek Court at a later date. The five injured people were taken to Hamot Hospital for treatment.
