Four Charged Following Raid Of Jamestown Residence

JAMESTOWN – A raid conducted by the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force Friday afternoon at 1091 E. 2nd St. resulted in the arrest of four people, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
A sawed off shotgun, switchblade knife, drug paraphernalia, and 4.9 grams of crystal methamphetamine were reportedly seized from the residence.
The following were arrested and charged:
Joshua D. Doud, 36, no address listed, faces charges of third, fifth and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

Jamie L. Bennett, 34, no address listed, faces charges of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a firearm.

Angel R. Mason, 37, no address listed, faces a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

Ricky L. Sadler, 37, no address listed, was arrested as a fugitive from justice as he was reportedly wanted out of McKean County (Pa.) on an assault charge.

All were taken to Jamestown City Jail and later arraigned. Bennett, Doud and Sadler are currently in Chautauqua County Jail, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office website.
