JAMESTOWN-State Assemblyman Andrew Goodell told WNYNewsNow’s Ryan Hedrick Friday afternoon he doesn’t know when STAR rebates will be sent out.
Goodell said they’ve never arrived when expected. The checks are intended to offset the cost of impending school taxes.
