BUSTI-High winds knocked a tree down onto the roadway of Southwestern Dr. between Orr St. and the Hamlet of Busti around 12:30 PM Wednesday afternoon.
Reporter Justin Gould said the tree is currently blocking the roadway along with power lines that were live for a time. National Grid is reportedly on scene to restore the lines.
Traffic is currently under redirection from both Busti and Lakewood Fire Volunteers along with the Lakewood-Busti Police Department.
The National Weather Service urges people to take caution during the wind storm.
