JAMESTOWN-A Fire Department command vehicle was involved in a collision on Friday night that reportedly sent at least three people to the hospital.
The wreck took place near the corner of Newland Ave.and Hazard Street.
WNY News Now’s Justin Gould spoke to witnesses who claim that JFD’s SUV was driving with its lights and sirens on.

Gould spoke to another man who reportedly owns the other vehicle involved in the wreck.
The man said that his daughter was driving at the time of the crash and that two young children were in the vehicle with her at the time.

Jamestown Police Captain Robert Samuelson reportedly is on the scene along with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Accident Reconstruction Team.
We will have more details as they become available.
This is the exact same thing you babbled on about for 45 minutes. Only difference was verification of the sirens/lights which we all knew that they were on. Hopefully charges are placed for child endangerment.
It was an accident though? If they were driving with there lights and sirens on then obviously there was an emergency. I don’t see where child endangerment comes into play.
