Jamestown Riverwalk To Compete For State Funding

JAMESTOWN – The Jamestown Riverwalk Project is eligible for more state funding.
The Western New York Regional Economic Development Council highlighted four sites in Chautauqua County as priority sites for funding on Tuesday, one of them being the Riverwalk, as having top priority.
Other priority projects in Chautauqua County include the former Welch’s building in Westfield, the White Inn and AGRI american grape juice factory in Fredonia.
These sites will compete for $10 million to $20 million in state grant funding.
