Man Allegedly Grabs Victim’s Throat While Making Threats

PORTVILLE – A Portville man allegedly grabbed a victim by the throat while making physical threats against them during a domestic dispute Friday at a residence in the town, according to the New York State Police. 
Robert A. Schultz, 76, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and menacing. He was arrested and arraigned in Portville Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear in court at a later date.
