Man Charged With Criminal Contempt By Ellicott Police

WEST ELLICOTT – At about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Ellicott police were called to a West Ellicott address on a complaint of a disorderly man.
Police said the suspect left the address, but confirmed there is a valid protection order in place. Upon further investigation, police charged Peter D. Torres Jr., 26, no address given, with second-degree criminal contempt and disorderly conduct. Torres was released on bail and will appear in court at a later date.
