FORESTVILLE – A Forestville man was arrested after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies reportedly discovered two dead horses in the barn of a Smith Road address Tuesday.
Jeffrey W. Wolfe, 48, was issued appearance tickets on two counts each of overdriving, torturing and injuring animals, and failing to provide sustenance.
Wolfe is scheduled to appear in the Town of Villenova Court at a later date.
