Pair Arrested In Drug Investigation

SOUTH DAYTON – A pair of South Dayton residents were recently arrested in connection with a drug investigation that occurred in May, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities reportedly executed a search warrant of 88 First Ave., the residence of suspects Donald Pfaffenbach, 36, and 27-year-old Nicole Ludlow. Methamphetamine, prescription medication and stolen property were reportedly recovered in the residence.
A warrant was issued for Pfaffenbach’s arrest for charges of two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of criminally using drug paraphernalia, one count of burglary, one count of grand larceny and one count of possession of stolen property.
A warrant was also issued for Ludlow’s arrest for two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of criminally using drug paraphernalia, and one count of criminal possession of stolen property.
Pfaffenbach was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail on $100,000 bail, while Ludlow was remanded on $25,000.
