Snellings released the following statement through text:
“This has been investigated and addressed. We have no reason to believe this is a valid threat. We continue to urge anyone that may have information about any threats to contact the police department.”
Snellings added that the issue in question was addressed several days ago.

We are awaiting comment from the Jamestown Public School District.
