KIANTONE-A Jamestown man admitted to falling asleep at the wheel after a crash Tuesday morning that sent three to the hospital, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
David A. Philbrick, 42 of Jamestown, told deputies he was traveling northbound on Foote Ave. Ext when he exited the roadway, hit a large billboard and overturned his vehicle multiple times.
His vehicle came to rest after striking a play set nearby.


Phillbrick and two other were taken to WCA for nonlife threatening injuries.
The man is charged with failure to keep right.
