JAMESTOWN – Caleb Price, a defenseman for the Jamestown Rebels, has made a player commitment to play for the Arizona State University Sun Devils hockey team starting in 2020.
The Hooksett, NH native has scored 10 points in 19 games as a Rebel this season, tallying one goal and nine assists.
Jamestown selected Price with the 118th pick in this year’s North American Hockey League (NAHL) draft.
Prior to being drafted by the Rebels, Price played for the Northern Cyclones in the Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League (EJEPL.) Price won the 16U Platinum Championship during his tenure with the Cyclones.
Price has totaled 66 total points in 152 games thus far in his career, (17 goals, 49 assists.)
Price is the third Rebels player who has made a college commitment this season, the other two being defensemen Alex Roy (University of Nebraska Omaha), and Nick Petruolo (Union College.)
