Stockton Man’s Car Becomes Disabled In Flooded Roadway

STOCKTON-A Stockton man’s car became disabled and partially submerged in water after he drove around two sets of road closure signs on South Stocton-Cassadaga Rd. Monday morning according to the County Sheriff’s Office. 

Gerald Haley, 52, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device. He reportedly refused medical treatment on scene, and he is to appear in court at a later date.

Haley was assisted at the scene by Stockton Fire Dept, CCSO, and a local private citizen.
