FREDONIA – Three people were arrested Wednesday morning while allegedly in possession of items used to manufacture methamphetamine during a trespassing investigation at the residence of 5251 Webster Rd., according to the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
Jessica Msey, 40, and Andrew M. Lindstrom, 25, both of Fredonia, and Tyler A. Jaynes, 29, of Cherry Creek, were all charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine. Msey was remanded to county jail on $20,000 cash/$40,000 property while Lindstrom and Jaynes were remanded on $15,000 cash/$30,000 property.
The Task Force says more charges are pending against the trio after they conducted an additional search of the scene. State Police assisted in the investigation.
