UPDATE: Poland Man Deceased After Saturday Morning Fire
POLAND-One person was reportedly trapped in the residence of 3967 Sprague Hill Rd. early Saturday after a fire ravaged the home.
Kennedy Fire Chief Keith Bean told WNYNewsNow one person was transported to WCA via Kennedy’s Ambulance with assistance from Alstar EMS.
Bean said crews arrived on scene to fire and smoke emerging from the structure. Volunteers worked to rescue the person after learning someone was trapped per Bean.
WNYNewsNow has not learned the condition or gender of the individual transported to WCA as of 12:45 PM.
Officials said the investigation continues and the cause is unknown.

Your line of questioning was not only idiotic…But it was also in bad taste. A man passed. The Chief is not a medical examiner, his crews were already dealing with a difficult situation. Know what to ask, and not ask the same question twice. He has enough on his plate than entertain your stupidity and commenting on the OBVIOUS! Learn your job! If you don’t know what to ask, you have no business being there.
The reporter was trying to get as much as possible, including the obvious as you would call it, and already knew more information than what was being released obviously.Unfortunately,someone deceased in the fire…But neither nor it was someone you knew or didn’t know your opinion would be different from what it is now…I send my condolences to the family members and friends of the family…The kid was just trying to get information and provide information to the public.If you can do a better job go for it…If not don’t criticize people if you aren’t willing to do the job….That my friend makes you the moron…
