“I am pleased to endorse a native of Jamestown – Eddie Sundquist – in this Congressional race. Eddie’s commitment to honorable public services, his positive energy and focus on bringing jobs back to the Southern Tier is exactly what this district needs. He will fight outsourcing and bring new opportunities to our area. He represents what we need here in this City, in our Congressional District, and throughout our nation, a new generation of positive, aggressive leadership with a can-do attitude. I am proud to support him in this race.”

In response, Eddie Sundquist released the following statement:

“I am honored to be endorsed by Mayor Teresi, a leader with over 18 years of experience in elected public service. Having grown up in Jamestown, I understand the hardships we have faced as a city and the need for young professionals to return. I came back to fight for the people of the 23rd Congressional District, and I won’t stop until we get good paying, quality 21st century jobs across our district.”
