Man Paralyzed By Home Invader Speaks Out

JAMESTOWN – A man who claims he was attacked by a knife-wielding 17-year-old boy during a home invasion on New Year’s Day said there are days that he would rather be dead than confined to a wheelchair.

Stephen Graham, 39, is now paralyzed as the result of a vicious attack allegedly carried out by Justice McBride.

Justice McBride’s Mugshot.

State Police charged McBride with first and second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

Graham, a father of eight children, will spend the rest of his life in a wheel chair while his alleged attacker is free on $150,000 bail.
He shared with us several emotional details of the reported knife attack, including the struggle for his life and the IMMEDIATE aftermath which intensified as his girlfriend held his lifeless body in her arms.

  1. Graham will never get his due justice either. The kid will get a light sentence while Graham spends the rest of his life in a wheelchair. Suing a 17 year old won’t get him a penny either. McBride is just beginning his life of crime too. Expect to see him serving more time in prison than out of it for the rest of his life. It’s a vicious cycle with no end in sight as long the system keeps operating the way it does. Our justice system, courts, & prisons need revamped & modernized desperately.
