Motivational Mondays: Basic Exercises To Begin A Workout

LAKEWOOD – Motivational Mondays, presented by the Fitness Bunker, kicked off the week demonstrating basic exercises to begin a workout program.
“We talked to a lot of the members and the hardest part about coming to a gym is figuring out what you want to do,” said Owner of The Fitness Bunker Salvatore Rachuna. “What we wanted to do today was show you a few exercises to start a workout.”
