HOUSTON – The Buffalo Bills came up short against the Houston Texans Sunday and lost QB Josh Allen in the 20 to 13 loss.
Allen injured his elbow and was replaced by Nathan Peterman. The backup steered the Bills on a 32 yard drive that ended with a touchdown pass to Zay Jones.
The fourth quarter lead was short-lived when, with less than two minutes left, Peterman threw a pick six then a second interception to seal the Texan win.
Allen tallied 84 yards passing and 20 yards on the ground. The Bills fell to 2-4 with the loss.
