Gerry Man Accused Of Violating Court Order; Was Previously Charged In December Standoff

GERRY – A Gerry man, who was previously charged in connection with a December standoff,  is now accused of violating an order of protection according to the New York State Police.
State Police say they discovered Richard Sendall, 33, in the presence of the protected party when they responded to a call of an order of protection violation.
Sendall was charged Saturday with second degree criminal contempt. He was processed and remanded to County Jail.
