Authorities said Chad Biauce damaged plates, threatened a woman with a knife and took her cellphone away so she couldn’t call for help.
He reportedly left the scene before police arrived but was located a short distance away.
He was charged with menacing and multiple counts of mischief.
Biauce will be arraigned this afternoon in Jamestown City Court.
