Pair Arrested While Allegedly In Possession Of Methamphetamine Manufacturing Material

ELLICOTT – Two people were arrested early Tuesday morning while allegedly in possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, a quantity of marijuana and several hypodermic needles according to the Ellicott Police Department.
Morgan E. Keech, 23, of Stockton, was reportedly pulled over along with passenger Neale P. Brown, 26, of Westfield near the intersection of Fairmount and Dunham Avenues. Keech was also allegedly in possession of morphine during the arrest.
Both were charged with second-degree criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle. Keech was additionally charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and several vehicle and traffic violations.
Both were arraigned in Town of Ellicott Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
