Silver Creek Women Who Had To Be Extricated From Vehicle Was Allegedly Intoxicated

HANOVER – A 30-year-old woman who was extricated from her vehicle following a single-vehicle accident Monday, was under the influence, according to police. 
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said Ashley Dudek was traveling along Alleghany Road when her vehicle left the roadway and ended up in a ditch.
She was taken to Lakeshore Hospital following the extrication and treated for her injuries.
Dudek is facing several charges including driving while intoxicated.
Authorizes said she’s also facing additional charges which will be sorted out in Town of Hanover Court at a later date.
