SPRINGVILLE – A Springville man is accused of burglarizing multiple structures throughout the Village in the month of March, according to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.
Cole Kruszka, 26, also allegedly stole numerous items from 71 Nasons Blvd., a Newman Street structure and a third unidentified location. Kruszka is accused of taking over a thousand dollars worth of tools and equipment from the unidentified location.
Kruszka was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of felony burglary, a count of felony grand larceny, three counts of petit larceny, a count of criminal trespass, and a county of felony criminal possession of stolen property.
Kruszka is being held at the Erie County Holding Center on $1,000 bail.
Some of the stolen items were reportedly recovered at a local pawn shop.
