Turnout Low At Jamestown’s Executive Budget Hearing

JAMESTOWN-Councilman Tony Dolce (R) said the low turnout at Monday’s meeting may stem from constituents feeling as though their voice doesn’t matter in decision making.

Dolce said the process could be different with a new council next year, depending on “who is driving (agendas) those decisions.”
