U.S. Government Will Seize Assets Following Operation Meltdown

JAMESTOWN  – The U.S. Attorney’s Office said they seized assets from eight people charged federally in last week’s round-up dubbed Operation Meltdown.
The federal indictment alleges that between November 2017 and June 2018, Danny Michael, Alexis Hall, Destiny Hare, Andrew Bennett, Searcy Fields, Jacob Motherwell, Michael Davis, and Stacie Yancer, conspired together to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine.
The judgement, obtained by WNYNewsNow, states that the U.S. Government will determine the amount of money that will be seized and that the amount is subject to accrue interest.
