KIANTONE – A Warren (Pa.) man was arrested early Monday morning while allegedly in possession of a “small” quantity of methamphetamine and suboxone according to the County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies reportedly discovered Rocky A. Fiscus, 26, sitting inside his parked vehicle outside a business on Route 60. Fiscus also allegedly possessed various forms of drug paraphernalia. Fiscus was arrested and charged with two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
The Warren native was remanded to County Jail in lieu of bail and will appear in the Town of Kiantone Court at a later date.
