Jamestown Police: Wanted Man Allegedly Possessed Meth, Brass Knuckles, During Traffic Stop

JAMESTOWN – A wanted man is in police custody Monday night following a traffic stop that resulted in the seizure of brass knuckles, methamphetamine and suboxone according to the Jamestown Police Department.  
Christopher Light, 37, was reportedly observed driving a truck on Harrison St. near South Main St. shortly before 4:00.
Light was taken into custody on the warrant and alleged subsequent possession of the drugs discovered by officers who conducted a search of the vehicle he was operating.
Late Monday night, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s website listed Light as being wanted by the county for possessing more than eight ounces of marijuana.
Light will be arraigned in City Court on Tuesday.
