KENNEDY – Congressman Tom Reed fielded questions at a town hall on Saturday about a tax code that GOP leaders in both the House and Senate hope President Trump will sign in the next two weeks.
Reed was flanked by New York State Assemblyman Andy Goodell who helped him navigate a passionate crowd who braved slick roads and cold temperatures to listen to the Congressman explained a dense law, that among other things, allows for millions of U.S. businesses to pass through” their income to individuals, who then pay personal income tax on those earnings, not corporate tax. The bill lets those people deduct 20 percent of the first $315,000 of earnings.
Near the end of the meeting Reed became ensnared in a heated back-and-forth with some audience members about net neutrality regulations that the FCC repealed this week.
The move grants broadband companies the power to potentially reshape Americans’ online experiences.

Senator Reed never gives actual detailed answers to specific questions. He has pre-memorized pat answers that mean absolutely nothing. Plus, he repeats all of the Lies that his RepubliKKKan colleagues spout that give completely inaccurate answers to any question concerning any and every subject imaginable. We need someone who represents We The People, not They The Corporations. Tom Reed will never be that person.
This dude is soo far up trump’s arse, he is like a show monkey who does and says like his owner trained him!
