Fall, Summer, Storms And Summer… In That Order

JAMESTOWN – Mother Nature continues her string of whiplash with roller coasteering temps over the next several days.
A nice mix of sun and clouds will be the story for our Friday with fall-like air around. There will be a bit of a stiff breeze at times so maybe a light sweater could be needed this afternoon.
A line of showers and thunderstorms move in late tonight and early tomorrow. While no severe weather is expected, the potential does exist for some brief gusty winds at times.

Our forecast high for Monday is 81 degrees. The record for the date is 83, set in 2007. We may be a couple degrees shy of breaking the record, but it’s something we will keep an eye on as we ago through the weekend.
Raider Raiders Forecast: JHS is celebrating Homecoming this weekend with the traditional Homecoming Football Game tonight at Strider Field against the Frontier Falcons. The weather couldn’t any more perfect. Sun and clouds to start, nice temperatures, and no rain. Kick off is slated for 7 PM. Go Raiders!
