Feeling More Like Spring; Below Average For Much Of The Week; Rebound For The Weekend

JAMESTOWN – Just one week ago, we had temperatures in the 80s with high humidity, giving us a taste of July. This week? 60s and soggy.
The first full week of June will start below average and wet. We’ll have the chance for a few widely-scattered showers through the next couple days, making the radar look like it has the measles. None of this rain will be heavy, like the rain we had on Friday, which caused some flash flooding across the region.
Temperatures will stay chilly through the week, but some light is at the end of the tunnel. We’ll get back into the 70s by the weekend, but the humidity will stay down, making it feel very nice.
None of the days over the next seven will be a total washout. There will be some dry time in between the rain showers.
