One More Chilly Day; More Seasonable Weather Returns Tomorrow

JAMESTOWN – It’s been feeling more like spring the past few days, as a northerly wind, combined with several cold fronts moving through the region, has dropped our temperatures below average. However, some light is at the end of the tunnel.
A more southerly wind will set up on Thursday, and that will boost temperatures up to where they should be this time of the year; lower to mid 70s. We’ll also see some more sunshine, as we look towards the weekend.
A weak front to our west will trigger off a few scattered rain showers on Saturday and Sunday, with the most prevalent day for rain being Saturday. None of the weekend days will be a total washout, by any means. There will be some pockets of dry time each day, with temps holding in the 70s.
The sunshine comes back in full force next week, with temperatures in the 70s.
